FALL ARREST SYSTEM WITH SINGLE ANCHOR POINT
In order to reach a single anchor point on a roof (e.g. chimney), it can be done so by a fixed anchor point. The starting point is fixed given. The person to be secured latches her personal safety system and has now a high degree of scope when carrying out roof works. Single anchor points can also be combined with safe line systems.
THE SAFE LINE SYSTEM
Safe line systems provide for high work comfort. The person to be secured is able to latch her personal safety equipment at any point. The practitioner enjoys a high degree of scope due to a traversable intermediate bracket and corner bracing elements. The trade association of the construction industry, therefore, recommends favouring a safe line system instead of several single anchor points.
